Nils I. Hoff

Nils Hoff is the current Chief Executive Officer at Endúr ASA. Nils has previous experience as CEO of BMO Entreprenør As and as Divisions Director of Norsk Jernbanedrift AS. Nils's focus has been primarily on operational improvements through the implementation of generic project models, recruitment, and building a backlog of orders. Nils has also worked as a Project Manager for Bane at Mesta and as a Consultant Engineer at Øvre Romerike Prosjektering. Nils Hoff served as an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces from 2001 to 2009.

Nils Hoff's educational career began with him attending the Norwegian Military Academy, where they studied to become an officer. Nils then went on to study law at the University of Oslo, before continuing their education with a focus on railroad and railway transportation at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Nils Hoff then completed their masters in civil engineering at NTNU, before finally completing their schooling with a BSc/Befal in constructional engineering at Hærens Ingeniørhøgskole.
