Shilpa Panicker

Shilpa Panicker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sales and strategic business leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Berjé Inc since July 2025, Shilpa previously held the position of Global Business Leader at Kinetic Consulting Ltd from September 2024 to August 2025. Prior to that, Shilpa was with Symrise AG for over a decade, achieving the role of Vice President of Global Oral Care, where responsibilities included overseeing a €100 million global flavors business and driving commercial innovations. Shilpa has also held key leadership roles at SYMRISE PRIVATE LIMITED and Dragoco Pvt Ltd, demonstrating a strong track record in business development, key account management, and market expansion. Shilpa holds an MBA in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Mumbai University.
