Alissa Minot has extensive experience in institutional advancement and administrative support within higher education and the arts. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Berklee College of Music since March 2018, Alissa functions as the chief administrative liaison between the Office of the President and the Office of Institutional Advancement. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Prospect Manager at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where responsibilities included managing budgets, overseeing prospect management processes, and supporting senior leadership with project management and correspondence. Alissa's background also includes positions at ArtsEmerson, Peabody Essex Museum, and other cultural institutions, complemented by a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, and Japanese from Connecticut College.
