Ruth Clark

Ruth Clark is a Partner at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where since November 2010, Ruth has represented multinational corporations in developing strategies for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, while also advising on immigration compliance, including I-9 matters. Prior to this role, Ruth served as a Senior Associate in the same firm, focusing on similar immigration strategies. From November 2007 to October 2010, Ruth worked as an Attorney at FosterQuan, LLP, specializing in corporate immigration, family-based immigration, and removal defense, which enabled Ruth to deliver comprehensive immigration advice to clients and their employees. Ruth holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin.
