Sami Adhikari

Prior to joining BAL, Sami handled a wide variety of family and employment-based visa processes at a firm based in New York. During her time in law school, Sami clerked at a large corporate immigration firm, where she strategized and drafted responses to complex “Request for Evidence” issued by USCIS. Sami received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. During her time in law school, she served as the President of “Association of Women in Law” where she lead and organized several events focused on connecting local female attorneys with the students. Sami is proud to call herself a Nepali-American and her personal immigration journey inspired her to pursue a career in immigration law.
