Stephen believes if the community has access to the right level of services, at the right time, they can impact not just individual-level transformation, but also community-level transformation. The community is facing increasingly complex social, political, and economic pressures and, at times, the families, the neighbors, and even ourselves need additional support and tools. He is committed to doing his part to ensure that Douglas County has access to those supports and tools.
