Dieter Behaeghel

Dieter Behaeghel currently serves as Directeur Operations at De Groene Boog since October 2021 and has extensive experience in project management with Besix, where involvement spans from October 2001 to the present. Key roles at Besix include Project Manager for significant projects such as 'Sluizen Limburg', 'Buitenring Parkstad Limburg', and various railway projects for ProRail and Havenbedrijf Rotterdam. As Tendermanager, Dieter contributed to the Realisatie Onderbouw Spoor Theemswegtracé project, collaborating with a consortium of companies. Prior experience also includes a role as Project Manager with Combinatie SaVe, overseeing the Theemswegtracé project, and a position as Projectleider with Grontmij. Dieter holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven, obtained from 1995 to 2000, and completed secondary education at Sint-Leocollege from 1990 to 1995.
