Caitlin Cooper

Caitlin Cooper is a Senior Consultant at BeTalent by Zircon, a leading Business Psychology company, where since August 2019, Caitlin has successfully delivered over 25 high-impact people development projects and designed 50+ bespoke workshops for over 1,000 employees globally. Caitlin's expertise includes building resilience, collaboration, and engagement across diverse cultures, as well as leveraging psychometric tools to enhance organizational performance. Prior to this role, Caitlin earned a Master of Science in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University with Distinction, where a dissertation focused on employee health and well-being practices in sedentary office environments. Additional experience includes an internship at Storm Model Management, work experience with VSO, and various customer service roles. Educational background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
