Janice Black Moore

Janice Black Moore holds extensive experience in child and family services, currently serving as the Executive Branch Director at Bethany Christian Services since July 2025. Prior to this role, Janice was Division Director at Spectrum Child and Family Services from April 2018 to July 2025 and worked as an Adjunct Professor at Siena Heights University during the same period. Janice's career in the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services spanned from June 2008 to April 2018, where Janice held positions such as CPS Ongoing Services Program Manager and Foster Care Services Program Manager. Earlier in Janice's career, roles included Interim Foster Care Adoption Program Analyst and Foster Care Specialist from September 2002 to March 2008.
