Shane Reif

Shane Reif serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at TreeHouse Foods since June 2023 while also fulfilling duties as a Board Member for Bethany College, an institution focused on educating and developing individuals. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Baxter International Inc. following its acquisition of Hillrom, where Shane contributed significantly to HR functions and diversity initiatives. Previous positions include leadership roles within Hillrom and Pfizer, focusing on talent management, performance improvement, and organizational culture. Shane began a career in human resources in 2010 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Bethany College.
