Olga Gurskaya

Olga Gurskaya is an experienced leadership coach and trainer with a diverse background in finance and coaching. Currently serving as a Course Leader and Lead Trainer at the Heartfulness Institute of Leadership, Olga focuses on developing effective and compassionate leaders. As a Lead Trainer and Coach Mentor at the International Business Coaching Academy 2WIN, Olga trains future coaches in an ICF accredited program. Additional roles include being an Executive and Leadership Coach at CoachHub and BetterUp, and an Energy Leadership Coach at OlgaGurskaya. Past experience includes significant financial leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing finance operations across multiple countries, along with roles in other companies where financial turnaround and operational transformation were key achievements. Olga holds a degree in Radio Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, an Executive MBA, and certifications in coaching and accountancy.
