Rob Smith has over 25 years of experience in the casino and gaming industry. Rob began their career in 1995 as a casino controller at Tropicana Casino & Resort. Rob then went on to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, where they were casino controller from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they began working as a project manager at Harrah's Entertainment. Rob then became the gaming controller at Sugarhouse Casino in 2011 and held that position until 2018. Rob is currently the finance and regulatory controller at BetWorks.

Rob Smith has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Camden and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Temple University. Rob is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New Jersey.
