Aya Hoteit

Aya Hoteit serves as Associate Principal and Senior Consultant at Beyond Group since August 2022. Aya is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Atelier Miqias, a sustainable fashion production house established in January 2021, which focuses on ethical practices and social responsibility. Moreover, Aya founded CIVVIES Designs in January 2016, pioneering sustainable fashion in Lebanon through responsible sourcing and production. As a Product Developer since March 2012, Aya has contributed to various projects, offering expertise in product development processes. Aya's experience includes roles as a Sustainable Design Expert and Business Design Facilitation Consultant for various organizations, delivering workshops aimed at enhancing sustainable practices in the fashion sector. Aya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, completed in 2015.
