Sergey Nekrasov

Sergey Nekrasov is a seasoned professional in the field of molecular biology and sales management, currently serving as a Sales Manager at BGI Genomics since October 2022. Previously, Sergey held various key roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2014 to June 2022, including Sr Key Accounts Manager and Sr TSS/FAS. Prior to that, Sergey served as FAS at Life Technologies from March 2008 to March 2014 and worked as a staff scientist at the National Cardiology Research and Development Center, focusing on the investigation of plasmid-encoded antirestriction proteins and developing novel thrombolytic drugs from September 2006 to February 2008. Sergey holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from the National Cardiology Research and Development Center and a Master of Science (MS) in Chemistry with a specialization in Chemical Enzymology from Moscow State University.
