Kajan Karunaharan

Kajan Karunaharan, CPA, CMA, serves as the Senior Finance Director for North America FP&A at BGIS since February 2013, supporting the North America CFO by driving financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, working capital optimization, and business intelligence. Kajan has led FP&A operations, overseeing the consolidation and analysis of financial data across various product lines and regions to enhance strategic insights. Previously, Kajan was instrumental in leading a successful post-acquisition finance transformation for a large Client Business Group, achieving a ~20% productivity improvement while managing a team of 28 finance professionals. Kajan's extensive experience includes roles at TD Bank and The Clorox Company, along with a solid educational background comprising a CPA designation, CMA certification, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
