Rachael Gillett

Rachael joined BGL in June 2018 as Chief People Officer.

Prior to this, Rachael spent nine years at Thomas Cook from 2009 - 2018. She was HR Director of Distribution and Operations and most recently Group & UK Human Resources responsible for delivering the Group’s HR agenda across Reward, Talent and OD, Compliance and Strategy. Rachael has extensive Human Resources experience working with well-known, market leading brands. Rachael is CIPD qualified.
