Sayan Dey

Sayan Dey is currently the Lead Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, a subsidiary of IndusInd Bank Ltd., where responsibilities include leading CSR initiatives in Jharkhand State. Previously, Sayan served as a Manager in the nonprofit wing of a prominent microfinance company and as a Young Professional at the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices for rural farmers. Sayan began the career with an internship at Arohan Financial Services Private Limited. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's in Retail Management from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi.
