Jacqueline Lakoumentas is an accomplished environmental professional with over a decade of experience in the mining industry, primarily with BHP since February 2011. As the Principal Environment for the Progressive Rehabilitation & Closure Plan, Jacqueline plays a key role in developing PRC Plans and Schedules for multiple sites. Previous positions at BMC included Superintendent Environment and Principal Environment, where responsibilities encompassed managing environmental approvals and conducting impact assessments. Jacqueline's foundational experience includes roles at New Hope Coal and educational achievements from The University of Queensland with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, as well as dual Bachelor's Degrees in Applied Science - Environmental Science and Business - Management from QUT.
