Rita Collins

Rita Collins, SPHR, has extensive experience in leadership and human resources, notably with Bible Study Fellowship since 2004, currently serving as Group Leader and previously as Children's Leader & Supervisor. Rita facilitates spiritual discussions while focusing on the transformative growth of participants. Prior experience includes a role as Training Committee Member & Co-Director at Experience Unlimited, providing career transition workshops, and a lengthy career at Wells Fargo where Rita held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Operations Consultant, partnering with various business lines on HR management and employee development. Rita earned a BA in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and achieved SPHR certification in Human Resources.
