Caroline Carlson possesses extensive experience in brand marketing and leadership, having served as the Marketing Leader for BIC's EZ Reach, EZ Load, and Multi-Purpose brands in North America. As the Founder and CEO of Happy Frenchy LLC, Caroline has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior positions include Global e-Business Marketing Leader and Global Coffee Communication Leader at Nestlé, as well as various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Western Europe Portfolio and New Business Leader. Caroline holds an Executive Development Program degree in Digital Marketing Strategy from IMD and is currently pursuing an Executive Development degree in Marketing Edge, which includes Digital Marketing and social media, from HEC Paris.
