Ekaterina Vasileva

Ekaterina Vasileva is an experienced finance and customer service professional currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Accountant at BIC since December 2021. Key responsibilities include managing collection processes, ensuring timely customer payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving client disputes. Prior to this role, Ekaterina was a Customer Service Associate specializing in orders and claims management for Western Europe. As the founder and co-owner of a pastry shop, leadership in production, marketing, and financial planning was demonstrated. Previous experiences also include managing accounts for GTT and VIVACOM, as well as providing technical assistance at the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee. Ekaterina holds a Master's degree in Electronic Business Management and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, and studied Economics at the University of Split.
