Rudresh BP has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Rudresh is currently working as a Delivery Engineering Manager at Bidgely since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, where they held the positions of Deputy Manager - Product Management and Project Delivery from March 2021 to July 2022, and Senior Functional Analyst from July 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were a Business Analyst at MetricStream from September 2018 to August 2020. Rudresh also worked at Allstate as a Senior Consultant from August 2014 to August 2018, gaining expertise in the P&C Insurance Domain. Rudresh started their career at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst in December 2011 and worked there until August 2014, where they gained experience as a Business Analyst in the service environment and Technology domain, working with the McAfee client on customer service application migration.

Rudresh BP completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) in 2006-2007, and their 10th grade at the same institution in 2004-2005.
