Erin Simpson

Erin Simpson is the Chief People Officer at Bierman ABA. Erin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held leadership positions at both Fallon Health and Bierman Autism Centers.

Simpson has been instrumental in leading strategic workforce planning initiatives and partnering with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring & development needs. Erin has also created and implemented talent development/training programs for employees at every level.

In addition, Simpson has supported corporate strategy success measures about cultural competency and led the development of company programming pertaining to diversity, equity and inclusion. Erin has also developed and delivered training programs to enhance diversity awareness, promote cultural competency and improve responsiveness to diversity issues throughout the organization.

Erin Simpson has a MBA in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. Erin also has a BS in Travel and Tourism Management from the same school. In addition, they are certified as a MBTI Practitioner from the MBTI Academy and as a PHR from the HR Certification Institute. Lastly, they have a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
