Additionally, they started their journey at LearningMate as an Account Manager, initiating the company's relationship with ACT and implementing Agile best practices.

Before LearningMate, Vishvesh worked at V2 Solutions as an Outsourced Product Development and Solutions & Innovations specialist, where they built and managed consumer internet products for clients in the media business. Vishvesh developed a social search engine called spotlikes.com.

Vishvesh also gained experience at Mastek Ltd as a Project Manager, leading a sub-system team for the NHS SPINE project. Vishvesh managed a team of 30 people and worked on several sub-systems for the National Health Services in the UK.

Earlier in their career, Vishvesh worked at LionBridge India Pvt Ltd as an Associate Project Manager, supporting Pearson Digital Learning in maintaining and publishing educational content for the K-12 student market in the US. Vishvesh also worked at Rave Technologies as an Associate Consultant, specializing in business analysis and project leadership for clients in the insurance brokerage and human resource information system sectors.

Vishvesh then pursued a Master of Management Studies degree (MMS) in Systems from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1998-2000.
