Judy Verhave

Judy Verhave is an experienced human resources executive, who spent over two decades in leadership positions at major financial institutions. Judy began their career at Fidelity Investments in 1989, where they worked their way up to become EVP and Global Head of Compensation and Benefits. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits for the company's employees worldwide.

In 2008, Judy left Fidelity to take on a similar role at BNY Mellon. During their ten years at BNY Mellon, they were widely respected for their expertise in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs that helped the company attract and retain top talent.

In 2018, Judy retired from corporate life and took on several board appointments and consulting opportunities. Judy currently serves as an advisor to Big Health, Mount Sinai, Maven, and the Handel & Haydn Society.

Judy Verhave earned a Bachelor's degree from Carleton College.
