Mustafa Nafar

Mustafa Nafar is the Vice President of Finance at Big Health. Mustafa has over 10 years of experience in finance and has held various leadership positions at companies such as DoorDash, Sunrun, and Zynga.

Mustafa was recruited to DoorDash in May 2017 to build the finance function and lead business partnering for regions. Mustafa was also responsible for running corporate FP&A. During their time at DoorDash, they executed the company's first cross-functional bottoms up planning and directed the implementation of scalable planning solutions (Adaptive Planning). Mustafa also collaborated cross-functionally through weekly business reviews to course correct and achieve plans that led to 2X growth and achieve plan. In addition, they supported series D fundraise of $535M led by Softbank, Sequoia and GIC; primarily responsible to analyze and report on market level profitability.

In July 2015, Mustafa joined Sunrun as the Director of Corporate FP&A. Mustafa was responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the company. In May 2014, they joined Zynga as the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A & Treasury. At Zynga, they were responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and treasury for the company.

Mustafa has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mustafa Nafar has a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, a Master's of Commerce from University of Mumbai, and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mustafa also attended Indian School Muscat.
