Oksana Roman

Oksana Roman serves as the Group Products & Innovation Director and Global Product Manager Maintenance at Bilfinger, where responsibilities include leading strategic global initiatives to enhance business growth and drive innovation in industrial digitalization and sustainability. Oksana's previous roles include Energy Transition Leader for Central & Eastern Europe, Head of Management Consultancy, and Managing Director of BARNEX, a management consultancy focused on emerging markets. Additionally, Oksana has held the position of Head of International LPG Procurement at Agency Investments Management, building a procurement division, and Managing Partner at Stendale Solutions, pioneering LPG imports in Ukraine. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Crude Oil Refining and Oil Products Sales at UKRGAZ-ENERGO JCSC, where Oksana established a key sales department. Oksana holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the State University of Trade and Economics.
