Evelina Manukyan

Evelina Manukyan serves as the Director of Privacy, AI/ML, and Data Governance Counsel at BILL since February 2022. Prior to this role, Evelina practiced as an attorney at Severson & Werson from November 2011 to February 2022 and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from January 2006 to March 2009. Evelina's early career included a position as a lecturer at the American University of Armenia from November 2000 to August 2001 and as a staff attorney in the Securities and Exchange Division of the Ministry of Finance from 1998 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Law from Boston University School of Law, a Visiting Scholar position in Corporate Governance at the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s degree in Comparative/International Law from the American University of Armenia, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with honors from "Gladzor" University of Armenia. Additionally, Evelina was affiliated with Stanford University from 2010 to 2011.
