Jennifer Weisman

Jennifer (Jenni) Weisman is the chief of staff for the Global Health Division. In this role, she serves as an extension of the president, Global Health across the foundation and drives the prioritization, communication, and execution of Global Health objectives.

Jenni joins the foundation after ten years in Washington, DC as a federal employee at the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Health and Human Services, and more recently as a consultant at the Pentagon and DARPA.

Jenni has held fellowships with the SB7.0 Biosecurity Program, the Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Initiative, the American Association for the Advancement of Science and National Academies Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Policy Fellowship Programs, and the Giannini Family Foundation for Medical Research in antimalarial drug discovery at the University of California, San Francisco. She holds a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in chemistry from The College of William & Mary.
