Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is currently the VP of Operations at Billings Clinic. Sarah has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare, with a focus on Lean tools and improving patient outcomes. Sarah started their career as a registered nurse at Asante, where they worked for one year before taking on the role of Kaizen Clinical Nurse Consultant at Salem Health.

At Salem Health, Sarah was responsible for leading interdisciplinary teams and facilitating the removal of waste to improve the delivery of care. Some of their major accomplishments include reducing hospital acquired infections, increasing overall hand hygiene compliance to 92%, reducing OR time and length of stay for cardiovascular surgery patients, and standardizing telemetry use for medical/telemetry patients.

In their current role as VP of Operations at Billings Clinic, Sarah is responsible for overseeing the clinic's daily operations and ensuring that quality patient care is being provided.

Sarah Brown has a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Oregon State University.
