 What’s the role?

We are looking for an experienced data-driven professional to join a renowned team that is transforming the future of renting. You will play a key role in driving business growth by providing strategic & analytic insights, with an emphasis on identifying, monitoring, and optimizing key metrics and customer touchpoints across the Company. The ideal candidate has analytical experience in both data reporting and funnel optimization, and will get to work closely with the Business Development, Product and Engineering teams. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking to grow in a challenging environment, work on a fast-paced, exciting team, develop data driven decisions, and to directly impact the bottom line. This individual will have visibility to the executive team and will be a key influencer driving the growth at Bilt. 

 

In this role you will: 

  • Work with the Marketing team to construct a multi-touch attribution model across various paid and organic sources throughout the customer funnel. 
  • Organize and analyze data along the customer journey to identify the opportunities most important for growth, product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
  • Help develop Bilt’s customer data strategy, identifying what data we collect and at what touchpoints we’ll collect it.
  • Create an ongoing dashboard of key metrics to help the executive team make strategic decisions.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the health of product adoption in the markets we serve.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and Bilt’s relative position in the market, to inform the product growth strategy and design.

 

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking: 

  • 4+ years of experience in data and/or product analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years experience working collaboratively with product and business development team members including product managers, engineers, marketing associates, data scientists, data engineering, etc.
  • Experience building and analyzing data sets using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Microsoft SQL server.
  • Experience in database tools like Redshift and Snowflake as well as other technologies like Python, Airflow and AWS.
  • 2+ years experience manipulating data sets through statistical software (ex. R, SAS, Pivot Tables) or other methods.
  • Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of analyses.
  • Experience in statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions, experimentation logic and biases).

Salary: $110,000 - $200,000 + Equity
