Aaron Weiner is the Senior Director of Finance at Bilt Rewards. Prior to joining Bilt, Aaron served as the Senior Manager of Finance at Betterment from August 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they led finance for Betterment's two B2B businesses, Betterment at Work and Betterment for Advisors. Aaron also worked on strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development and M&A.

Before joining Betterment, Aaron worked as an Associate at Centerview Partners from January 2015 to December 2020. During their time at Centerview, they worked on investment banking, M&A and strategic advisory transactions. Some notable transactions include advising DuPont on the $510M sale of its Clean Tech business to an int'l private equity group (2021), advising Conagra Brands on its $10.9B acquisition of Pinnacle Foods (2018), and advising Blue Buffalo on its $8.0B sale to General Mills (2018).

Aaron Weiner attended Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting. Aaron then attended The Charter School of Wilmington in Wilmington, Delaware.

They work with Michael Tucker - Director, Finance, Ciara O'Sullivan - Director of People, and Alec Sottosanti - Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations. Aaron Weiner reports to Daniel Seder, Chief Operating Officer.
