Joshua Eaton

Joshua Eaton is the current Deputy General Counsel at Binance. Prior to this, they worked as a Deputy United States Attorney for the United States Attorneys' Offices from January 2007 to March 2022. Joshua also worked as an Assistant General Counsel and Hearing Officer for the U.S. Department of Justice from January 2003 to December 2007. Additionally, Joshua Eaton served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps from January 1999 to December 2003 as a Division Operational and International Law Attorney. Joshua's professional experience also extends to their work as a Deputy Probation Officer / Juvenile Diversion Officer for the San Luis Obispo Probation Department from September 1993 to August 1995.

Joshua Eaton has a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
