Raymond Augustine

Raymond Augustine has over 25 years of experience in the field of engineering and technical support, specializing in laboratory equipment and systems. Currently serving as a Field Service Engineer 3 at Bio-Rad Laboratories since January 2012, Raymond supports a range of technologies including RTQ-PCR machines and flow cytometers. Previous roles include Senior Support Service Technician at Illumina, where on-site support was provided for DNA sequencing systems, and Field Service Engineer at Malvern, Inc., where Raymond worked on particle size measurement systems. Earlier career experience includes service technician roles at Mettler Toledo Ingold/Thornton, EPL Vending Sales and Service, Comtech Systems, and Altor Power for Electronics.
