Ela Stolarczyk

Ela Stolarczyk currently serves as a Senior Scientific Support Specialist and Antibody Subject Matter Expert (SME) Team Lead at Bio-Techne, a role started in September 2025. Prior to this position, Ela was an Advanced Scientific Support Specialist at Novus Biologicals from January 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities included providing scientific support and troubleshooting for a range of life science products, particularly antibody-based offerings. Ela's academic background includes serving as a Postdoctoral Investigator at the University of Puerto Rico, focusing on synaptic plasticity, and as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Kentucky, researching drug resistance in cancer. Earlier experiences include a Research and Teaching Assistant position at the University of Kentucky, and a role as a Pharmacist in a retail pharmacy. Ela holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky and an M.S. in Pharmacy from Poznan University of Medical Sciences.
