Tessa Ahosalmi

Tessa Ahosalmi is an experienced General Manager at Biocodex Nordics since September 2016, overseeing strategic growth and managing a budget exceeding 22 M€ across the Nordic region, which includes Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, with a team of 80 employees. Prior to this role, Tessa served as Sales and Marketing Director at Algol Oy from June 2003 to August 2016, where responsibilities included leading Finnish sales and marketing operations and developing the Baltic organization. Tessa's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Aalto University, leadership training from MJK-Institute, and a Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree from the University of Helsinki and Markkinointi-instituutti, respectively.
