René Wientjens

René Wientjens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and organisational development. As the Founder and Owner of The GROW Factor since 2011, René specializes in enhancing skills in sales, service, and management. René has also served as the Chief Commercial Officer (ad interim) at BioConnection and founded Vistage Benelux B.V., a leading organization for Chief Executives. Previous roles include Certified Scientific Behaviour Analyst at Nolost Capital BV and various managerial positions in sales and marketing across multiple industries. René holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Wageningen University & Research and has pursued numerous advanced training certifications in consultancy and psychological disciplines.
