Ysela Guion

Ysela Guion, MBA, currently serves as a Compliance Business Partner for R&D at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ysela held the position of Director of Ethics & Compliance at Legend Biotech from March 2021 to November 2022 and was involved in Global Audit & Compliance at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2016 to March 2021. From November 2012 to December 2015, Ysela worked as a Senior Audit Manager in Corporate Audit for Amgen, focusing on audits within the R&D and Supply Chain Divisions, including oversight of the CRO Budgeting Process and Clinical Inventory Demand Planning Process. Ysela earned an MBA in Finance, Global Business, and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business between 2017 and 2019.
