Gisselle Perez

Gisselle Perez is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in diverse roles at Biogen since November 2014. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Research, Development, and Medical, as well as the Head of HR for the Biogen Intercontinental Region, Gisselle has also held the position of Head of Global Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to Biogen, Gisselle worked at Stop & Shop from August 2004 to November 2014, advancing through several positions, including Senior Manager of Diversity & Talent Management and HR Manager. Gisselle holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Merrimack College.
