Andrea Romoli has a diverse work experience in finance and treasury management. They are currently the Chief Financial Officer at BioIVT since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Charles River Laboratories for five years as the Corporate Vice President Finance and CFO of the Safety Assessment Division. During this time, they had responsibilities in business finance, FP&A, and value creation through strategic partnerships. Before Charles River Laboratories, they worked at Amgen for nine years, holding various positions including Executive Director Finance and Global Head of Finance for Amgen Operations. They were responsible for managing the FP&A organization supporting manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering functions. They also held roles as Director Finance and Senior Manager Finance Operations during their time at Amgen. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Treasurer at NTT DATA Americas, where they were responsible for global treasury management. They also gained experience as a Treasury Analyst at Ocean Spray Cranberries and a Treasury Manager at EMCC. Their career started as an Associate Accountant at KPMG.

Andrea Romoli completed their high school education at Dover-Sherborn High School from 1989 to 1992. Following this, they attended New Hampton School in 1992-1993, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Andrea pursued higher education at Bentley University from 1996 to 2000, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2007-2009, Andrea enrolled in the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, specializing in Finance, and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
