Karthika Maiappan is a skilled researcher with a strong academic background in biology, holding both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science (Research) from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), completed in July 2022 and July 2021, respectively. Karthika has gained practical research experience as a Research Associate I at BioLegend and has participated in various research roles at IISc, including Undergraduate Researcher and Undergraduate Intern. Additionally, Karthika completed a Summer Research Internship at the National Centre for Biological Sciences and contributed to the iGEM Competition as an Undergraduate Researcher.
