Chay Morgan

Chay Morgan currently serves as Vice President and Head of EU Regulatory Affairs and Global Regulatory Policy and Intelligence at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a role commenced in May 2015, overseeing the development pipeline of orphan programs and supporting the regional in-line commercial portfolio. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Amgen, where responsibilities spanned leading European and EEMEA regulatory teams, executing global restructuring strategies, and defining regulatory strategies for marketed products. Chay's career began at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Advisor, followed by a position as Section Head in Regulatory Affairs at Knoll. Chay holds a TOPRA Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Lancaster University.
