Bear Tucker

Bear Tucker is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and investment. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at BioMed Realty since September 2025, Bear previously held the position of Senior Investment Manager at Schnitzer West, LLC, leading a team of seventeen in managing a mixed-use portfolio. Bear's background includes roles at Q Factor as Director of Property Management, managing office and retail assets in Utah, and at Prime West Companies, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Earlier experience at JLL encompassed various positions, including Assistant General Manager, where Bear contributed to the management of large mixed-use developments.
