Sylvain Termoz

Sylvain TERMOZ is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management within the biotechnology industry. Currently serving as the Customer Relationship Center Director at bioMérieux since March 2003, Sylvain has successfully built a support center organization for French-speaking customers and distributors across various regions, including Benelux, Switzerland, Maghreb, and West Africa.
