Andy Ruczenczyn is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director Global Congress Lead at BioNTech SE since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andy spent over a decade at Amgen, where key positions included Director of Global Congress Strategy & Operations, overseeing congress participation strategies, and Global Active Knowledge Transfer Lead, focusing on global healthcare partnerships for improved patient outcomes. Andy also held significant roles at Quintiles as NHS Commercial Director, Nycomed as Healthcare Solutions Manager, and Pfizer as Network Manager.
