Sven Hagen

Sven Hagen, PhD, is a seasoned leader in CMC with over five years of experience managing cross-functional teams in a GMP environment. They have successfully coordinated large projects involving internal and external stakeholders, and have held various leadership roles, including Director of CMC Validation and Compliance at T-knife Therapeutics and Associate Director of CMC Project Management at BioNTech SE. Sven's educational background includes a PhD in Molecular & Synthetic Biotechnology from Universität Potsdam, where they graduated summa cum laude, along with a Master of Science from Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Additionally, Sven has contributed to academia and research, having served as an independent scientist and board member of iGEM e.V. in Germany.
