Jason Matthews is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Talent Partner at birdie since January 2023, Jason has effectively led technical recruitment efforts during a significant growth phase, achieving over 40 placements in various technical roles. Prior to this, Jason held positions at Elements Talent Consultancy, where as a Talent Research Partner, contributions included partnerships with IKEA and DAZN, along with significant involvement in DevOps educational initiatives. Jason's recruitment career began with roles at several firms, including Transparent Recruit as a Director, and Vision Recruit Ltd as a Consultant, where notable successes included major client relationships and a focus on engineering growth. In earlier positions, Jason developed customer service skills at The Guinness Partnership and Mr Lender, providing foundational experience in client relations and support.
