Emily King

Emily King currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Birmingham Heart Clinic since May 2023. Previously, Emily worked at UAB Medicine from May 2018 to May 2023, where roles included Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse in the Heart and Vascular Center Post Recovery Unit and as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiopulmonary Critical Care ICU. Additionally, Emily completed a medical internship at Respire Haiti from May to August 2017. Emily holds a Master of Science in Adult-Gero Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University (2014-2018).
