Leniece K. Flowers

Leniece K. Flowers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Global Program Manager for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at LinkedIn since March 2021, Leniece is also the CEO and Founder of Compass Talent Group, an executive search firm dedicated to building diverse workplaces, achieving a striking 90% of hires from underrepresented groups. As an angel investor with BAG Collective, a startup mentor at Techstars, and a fellow in the Black Venture Institute, Leniece continues to advocate for equitable opportunities. Previous contributions include impactful leadership roles at Education Pioneers and notable writing for Vox Media and Quartz, addressing critical issues in corporate diversity and the Black innovation economy. Leniece holds multiple degrees in sociology and education from esteemed institutions, including Teachers College, Columbia University, and the University of Vermont.
