Jessica Hand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of property consultancy. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Rating at Black Cat Building Consultancy since May 2025, Jessica has held leadership roles at notable companies, including Head of Retail - Rating at Colliers and Director of Rating at JLL. With a career that began in 2010 at FHP Property Consultants, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in Rating, Valuation, and Lease and Tenant work, catering to various local and national clients. Academically, Jessica holds a Master's degree in Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University.
